Many countries have introduced support measures to protect jobs in the near-term in hard-hit sectors, but young workers in particular are vulnerable.

Life taught "Victory comes from finding opportunities in problems".

Be an Optimist. You have the power to stand for and fight for and vote for healthier conditions that will create a healthier society.

In spite of Covid-19 challenges, it is highly motivating and encouraging words to 2020 graduates from Oprah Winfrey, Sundar Pichai, Bill Gates, Malala Yousafzai, Barack Obama, Dr. Anthony Fauci, Megan Rapinoe, Tim Cook, LeBron James and more.

Dear 2020 graduating kids, time will make you to realize that the progress of one generation becomes the foundational premise for the next. My generation growth is due to high dedication of national political leaders.

4th AZ in Seoul Region

This week, AWS added a fourth Availability Zone (AZ) to the Asia Pacific (Seoul) Region, which launced its first AZ in 2016.  This fourth AZ provides customers with additional flexibility to architect scalable, fault-tolerant, and highly available applications in the Asia Pacific (Seoul) Region.

Now Seoul becomes the forth Region with over four AZs following US East (N. Virginia), US West (Oregon), and Asia Pacific (Tokyo). 4th AZ in Seoul region is accessible via AWS Management Console, command-line interface (CLI), and SDKs.

The launch of this new AZ brings AWS to 77 AZs within 24 geographic regions around the world.

.NET Porting in AWS

If you're Microsoft lover (like me), then this blog is good news for you in AWS cloud. DotNet Core is the future of .NET! Version 4.8 of the .NET Framework is the last major version to be released, and Microsoft is working towards 5.0 by end of this year.

Last week, AWS announced the Porting Assistant for .NET, a new tool that helps customers analyze and port their .NET Framework applications to .NET Core running on Linux. It assesses both the application source code and the full tree of public API and NuGet package dependencies to identify those incompatible with .NET Core and guides developers to compatible replacements when available.

Porting Assistant for .NET identifies incompatible .NET Core APIs and packages from your .NET Framework applications, and finds known replacements reducing the manual effort of searching for replaceable packages and APIs.

This framework works in 3 stages as depicted. 1. Scan, 2. Assessment, 3. Assisted porting

2 days back, Reliance Jio has launched its own video-calling platform called JioMeet in India.

After 40 minutes a new and fresh meeting has to be started in Zoom.  But, JioMeet comes into play as it will allow users to attend a continuous meeting for up to 24 hours. Both allows up to 100 concurrent participants in the same meeting. Reliance claims the usage of zero Chinese infrastructure in their platform.
